In Kozelsk, the "Open Football Festivals" took place.
In Kozeltsi, a regular stage of the national project "Open Football Festivals" was held, which is implemented by the Ukrainian Football Association. Students from schools in the Kozeltsi territorial community participated in the sporting event.

For young participants, a diverse program with football exercises, relays, competitions, and other activities was organized. Children had the opportunity not only to demonstrate their football skills but also to spend time in a friendly sporting atmosphere. At the festival's conclusion, all participants received commemorative football shirts from the Ukrainian Football Association, while educational institutions got new footballs.
Special attention was given during the event to important topics for children—psychological support and personal safety. In special thematic areas, students received useful information and practical knowledge.
The festival was attended by the first deputy head of the Chernihiv Oblast Football Association, Sergiy Dyachenko, the deputy head and regional manager of UAF for organizing festivals, Anatoliy Swystun, the head of Kozelets Territorial Council, Valentin Bryhynets, and an instructor of open football festivals, Tetiana Dzhuman.
The "Open Football Festivals" continue to bring children from the communities of Chernihiv region together around sports, giving them positive emotions and a chance to join football.
